An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Feed & Bedding Sales Assistant to join the team at Lloyd Ltd Carlisle.

As a Feed & Bedding Sales Assistant your duties will include

• Serving customers on the till, handling cash and card transactions
• Working with our Parts Department team to manage stock and carry out twice-weekly feed orders
• Handle ad hoc orders and enquiries on the phone, in person and via email
• Ensure the stock display is neat and tidy
• Providing excellent customer service at all times.

The ideal Sales Assistant will have the following skills and experiences:

• Retail experience (essential).
• Equestrian background/knowledge (desirable).
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Confident in dealing with customers.
• Great attention to detail.
• Good IT skills.
• Self-motivated and able to work under pressure.

Hours of work for this position can be full- or part-time depending on the candidate.
