Pro-Belt Baler

The all-new New Holland Pro-Belt™ premium round baler range delivers the performance and reliability that professionals and contractors can rely on. From the heaviest wet silage crops to bulky straw windrows, the Pro-Belt 165 and 190 deliver solid and square-shouldered round bales with impressive capacity from either the renowned SuperFeed™ or new 25 knife CropCutter™ large diameter rotor feeding systems.

Completed with New Holland next generation styling the stylish side shields, flowing lines are more than good looking they are a visual representation of crop flow through the baler.

BigBaler Plus

New Holland’s BigBaler range contains four models to give you the right choice for your needs, from the standard 80 x 70cm model right through to the largest 120 x 90cm variant. The crop-processing method can also be selected, from a choice of standard, Packer Cutter or CropCutter™.

Roll Baler

This New Holland range gives farmers and contractors an excellent choice of fixed chamber baling solutions, from the new fixed chamber Roll Baler 125 and Roll Baler 125 Combi models to the current Roll Baler 135 Ultra variant.

Improvements have been made to the 125 models to enhance performance and make them easier to operate, making them ideally suited to working heavy crops in demanding conditions.

The 135 Ultra model produces a large 1.35 diameter bale from its alternative electro-hydraulic bale density system for those who want a larger, dense bale.

Roll-Belt Baler

With outstanding capacity, which has been increased by up to 20% due to the redesigned pick-up, and guaranteed excellent bale quality thanks to the density sensors on either side of the chamber, the latest generation of New Holland’s range of Roll-Belt Balers is building on the experiences of the 235,000 machines that New Holland has sold worldwide over the past 25 years.

Features include:

Roll-Belt technology that can improve capacity by up to 20% and density by up to 5%.
Operators can select between a 150cm or 180cm maximum bale size to suit their individual needs.
All service points can be reached from the ground for easy maintenance.
IntelliBale™ technology enables the baler to control the tractor’s forward motion: bringing it to a halt when it is ready to wrap the bale, raises and closes the tailgate when the bale has been ejected and then gives a signal to continue baling.
Drop floor technology, which can be operated from the cab, together with density control functions, both increase productivity and reduce operator fatigue.

BR6000 Baler

There are two basic models of New Holland Roll-Bar™ Baler, the BR6080 and the BR6090. They produce the same bale dimensions, but you can control other specifications including the number of bales you have to roll, the width of the swaths or windrows, whether the bales will be used for silage, hay or bedding purposes, or if you need to pack the silage as quickly as possible after rolling.

The Roll-Bar™ Baler’s rotation bars become embedded in the bale to ensure positive turning, which enable any crop to be rolled, whatever its condition, whatever the bale density required. This is supported by a heavy-duty floor roll to give a sure start for the bale and giving it good weathering characteristics.

BC5000 Baler

While most balers produce round or large square bales, some farming operations prefer to produce small rectangular bales, which can be handled manually, and for which New Holland’s BC5000 Baler models – the BC5060 and BC5070 – are the right solution.

For smaller operations and narrower spaces, the 1.8m Super Sweep™ pick-up of the BC5060 is ideally suited while the 2m Super Sweep™ pick-up on the BC5070 and the extra feeder rotor are better equipped for larger operations or contractors.
