We are delighted to announce that Mark Thomas is now Service Manager at Lloyd Ltd Dumfries, having previously worked as the branch’s Workshop Foreman.

He has brought with him an extensive background in the agricultural industry, having worked for other agricultural brands worldwide before more recently re-qualifying as an engineering lecturer at the local Barony College where he was instrumental in developing their apprenticeship scheme over the past 4 years.

Mark Thomas commented, “I’d come across Lloyd Ltd over the years and it has always been known as a professional business so I was really pleased when the opportunity came up to join them and this role is the ideal next step for me.  I’m loving being part of the Lloyd Ltd team already and intend to see out my career here.  It really feels like a family too with senior management including George Lloyd visiting the branch and getting to know everyone.  That makes a real impression.”

Dealer Principal Stuart Dalton added, “Mark joined Lloyd Ltd last September and has already proven to be a real asset to the branch.  He has a great team of experienced staff both in the office and in the workshop so our customers will continue to experience the high levels of service we pride ourselves on.  We all wish Mark well as he progresses in the role.”
